Hazy Meadow
54 x 62 in
Hazy Meadow The slowly rising sun begins to burn off the dew and a low fog hovers just above the field of wildflowers. Rocky Mountain subalpine meadows are nothing short of amazing. This particular one stretches a solid mile in diameter. Hidden in the tall grasses and vegetation is a unique ecosystem. Meadow voles and mice, foxes and coyote, deer, elk, and black bears all share in the meadow’s bounty. I’m so lucky to be here on this morning. Watching the meadow awaken from its slumber.
